Do I get free cut keys and a thumb turn with my lock set?
Yes! Certain items are completely free when you purchase a lock set, including free cut keys and an optional free thumb turn. We cut the keys right here for your business: choose up to a 25-key limit for Standard keys, or up to a 15-key limit for High-Security keys. To get them, just add the free items to your cart on the product page along with your lock set purchase.
Can I install this lock myself?
Yes. These locks are designed for easy DIY replacement. If you are swapping out an existing compatible lock body, you can typically complete the installation in about 5 minutes using just a standard screwdriver and a small flathead screwdriver.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for most unused products. If you need to return an item, please submit your request through our contact page.
Will this lock fit my door?
It will fit standard aluminum storefront doors with narrow stiles. To be sure, check your existing lock's backset measurement (the distance from the edge of the door to the center of the key cylinder, which is typically 31/32 inches or 1-1/8 inches for these doors).
How long does shipping take?
We ship out orders as soon as we can! Standard delivery usually takes between 3 to 5 business days after processing, depending on your location. U.S. only shipping
